My story

Never in my life I would’ve thought that I’d be a chef one day. This is my story that I would like to share and this story was built on three simple, yet mind blowing elements.

When I was 16 I never actually knew what I wanted to do with my life and what career I am suitable for. That is when the first element came- Opportunity.

It came from my brother, who at that time was already an established head chef in UK and Europe. He took me into the restaurant and taught me everything I know today. Eventually it became a second element-Source of Income.

I started to enjoy what I was doing and was quick to grow up the ladder. Soon, I became Head chef my self working in different restaurants, mainly Italian all over the country. After so many years in the industry and that is over 14 years, it became the third element-Passion.

My journey started with the opportunity and made it into my passion, pizza passion. My pizzas is my perfection of my passion, which started as an opportunity.
